Pole dance fitness and aerial arts are serious workouts and requires proper warm-up to prevent injury. Warming up is a preparatory phase that occurs for 5 to 15 minutes (or often more!) depending on the intensity of exercises to follow and how cold you and the environment are before beginning. The more intense the workout and the colder your environment, the longer the warm up should be.
